Date Retention and Internal Clock (Optio E70)

Q: When the battery is removed from the Optio E70, how long does the camera retain the date settings? Also, does the internal clock keep running?

A: Provided a new battery has been loaded and left in the camera for at least 1 day, the camera will keep the date information for approximately 1 day if the battery is removed or runs down entirely. The internal clock also continues to run for one day as well.
