Q: I have Windows Vista 32-bit and when I launch REMOTE Assistant 3 with my camera connected and turned on, the program launches but it doesn't recognize my camera. A: "Run as Administrator" needs to be selected when REMOTE Assistant 3.x is launched.To do this, right-click on the REMOTE Assistant 3.x shortcut on the Desktop, left-click on Properties, right-click on the Compatibility tab and under "Priviledge Level" put a check mark in the box "Run this program as an administrator".
